The Lagos Life Forbes Rich List Explained
How the Forbes rich list works in Lagos Life: what counts toward net worth, how often it updates, and the ₦5.0bn pile-up at the top.
The Forbes app is the game's rich list. Its headline is "The richest in Lagos Life".
What it shows
- Two tabs: Richest (players) and Companies.
- Size: about 14,275 players were ranked when we looked.
- Each entry shows the player's housing type and career, such as "Mansion · Banking".
- Contact: tap a player to message them.
What counts
Net worth adds up your money, furniture, car, land, trailers and businesses. It updates a minute or two after your money changes, so it is not instant.
That tells you something useful: cash is only one part. A company, a car and land all count too.
The ₦5.0bn pile-up
At the top of the list, roughly the first 45 players all showed ₦5.0bn. That looks like a ceiling on how much net worth is displayed, but we have not confirmed it. If it is a cap, the rankings among the very top players cannot be told apart by net worth.
What it does not tell you
- It does not say how anyone got there.
- It does not show rent, bills or running costs.
