How to Make Money Fast in Lagos Life
The quickest honest ways to earn in Lagos Life: pick the right job, work every shift, then reinvest in a cheap company. Real numbers, no guesses.
There is no secret trick to money in Lagos Life. What works is a simple loop: earn from shifts, keep your costs low, then put spare cash into something that earns while you are away. Here is how to run that loop well.
Step 1: work the best job you can actually do
Every shift lasts one hour and can be worked at any time, so your earning power is simply pay per shift times the shifts you work. Among jobs with no skill gate, Refining (Operator Trainee) pays the most per shift at ₦14,000. Over its working week that is about ₦70,000 at entry level.
If you meet a skill gate, the numbers climb. Medicine pays ₦21,000 a shift, and Broadcasting and Real Estate come out on top for a full week at ₦108,000, because they run six days.
Check the full table on the jobs page or compare candidates in the job compare tool. Promotion pay is not verified, so every figure here is an entry-level estimate.
Step 2: protect your weekly costs
Rent is due weekly on Saturdays according to owners, and company bills and tax come out the same day. Before you spend on anything fun, use the rent planner to see how many shifts cover your costs. See rent and bills for what we know.
Step 3: reinvest in a cheap company
A food spot in Ikorodu costs ₦140,000 in total (₦50,000 CAC fee plus setup). At the one profit figure recorded, ₦4,256 a night, that pays back in around 33 days, if that figure already counts costs. Test your own numbers in the business calculator and read the best business guide.
Step 4: pick up the small wins
- The daily gem hunt is a community event with prizes. When we looked, the next prize was ₦3,000.
- Law Clerks can be hired by players with a court date, for a fee the clerk sets.
- Billboards are for businesses spending real money, not a way to earn. Read the billboard guide before spending.
What not to do
Do not buy or sell game money or accounts for real money, and only send money to people you know. See staying safe.
